Shipping pre-orders and rewards to your backers is a bit different than filling your regular, ongoing orders. And, because of that, crowdfunders often have concerns as to how their products will be handled and their customers. Here are a few of the most common concerns….

I am backlogged with Kickstarter rewards and pre-orders. Can you handle it?

  • Absolutely! At TMFulfillment, we always try to be as accommodating as possible, which means that if you’re looking for a short-term engagement that involves us just shipping the rewards to your backers, we can certainly do that.

I need my customers to receive the product right away. How quickly can you get it to them?

  • This ultimately depends on how many orders we’re processing and shipping, but, on average, it generally takes us 1-3 days to process and ship all of your pre-orders. For fulfillment of your regular, ongoing orders, those will ship out within one business day.

We are starting out. What is your minimum?

  • We do not have any minimum order volume requirements. This applies to both your pre-orders and your ongoing orders. So if you have 1,000 pre-orders for us to send out, and then after that you ship 50 orders each month, that is perfectly fine by us and we’ll never penalize you for not reaching a certain order level.

I have international clients.

  • Yes, we can ship your rewards and orders to your backers all over the world.

I take orders in many different ways. Is this going to be a problem?

  • We understand everyone has a different system in place for their needs. We will work with you to integrate into your system and process your fulfillment for you.

I want my supplier to ship directly to you. Is this possible?

  • Absolutely! Most of our clients choose to ship to us directly from their suppliers. If you need help with getting your products through customs and dealing with duties/taxes, we can help with that, too!

I need to get started right away. How long will it take to setup?

  • Not long. We generally recommend getting your account set up with us at least one week before your inventory arrives at our fulfillment center. And you’re not charged anything until your inventory actually arrives.

I am on a budget. How much will this cost?

  • We specialize in fulfillment. We can work with you and help you decide on the options you need. Each project is as unique as it’s Kickstarter page, so please visit our contact page to provide us with a little information on your Kickstarter campaign, and we’ll quickly send over a quote!
